How it works
Southern Realty Academy is a licensed Florida real-estate school (permit ZH1003112). Here's the path from enrolling to sitting the state exam.
- 1. Pick your course. Sales associate to get licensed; broker to upgrade.
- 2. Enroll and pay. Checkout is handled by Stripe — card details never touch this site.
- 3. Take the course online, at your pace. Florida sets the seat time (one credit hour = 50 minutes), so the course can't be rushed, and it must be completed in full — partial credit isn't permitted.
- 4. Pass the end-of-course exam. If you don't pass the first time, there's a mandatory wait before a retake.
- 5. Get your certificate. We report your completion to DBPR, and your certificate lets you sit the state exam.
One account, everywhere
Your Southern Realty Academy sign-in is the same account you use for the client portal and the RETM apps. Sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook — whichever you already use — and you'll land on the same record every time. There's never a separate student login to remember.
