This policy covers Christopher L Smith PA, doing business as Southern Realty Academy, 3850 E Gulf to Lake Hwy, Suite 2, Inverness, FL 34453. It applies to this site and to the courses delivered through it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and mobile number when you sign up.
- Course records — your enrollments, accrued seat time, lesson progress, quiz and examination results, and any certificates issued.
- Sign-in identifiers — if you sign in with Google or Apple, the email address that provider confirms to us. We do not receive your password.
We never receive your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe; card data goes to Stripe and not to us.
Why we hold it
To deliver your course, to establish that you completed it, and because a permitted Florida real-estate school is required to keep student records.
Who we share it with
- The Florida DBPR, for course-completion and continuing-education reporting where reporting is required.
- Stripe, to take payment.
That is the complete list. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your course records for advertising.
How long we keep it
Student records are retained for as long as the school-record requirements that apply to a Florida permitted school require, and no longer than we have a reason to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your records, or ask us to correct them, by writing to 3850 E Gulf to Lake Hwy, Suite 2, Inverness, FL 34453 or emailing support@southernrealtyacademy.com.
We will be straight with you about one limit: where we are required to retain a student record, we cannot delete it on request while that obligation runs. We would rather say so than promise a deletion we cannot perform.
